Beautiful hotel in an amazing location
Stunning location and facilities. The infinity pool is the nicest I’ve ever experienced at any hotel with an amazing backdrop over looking Playa de Amadores. We went all inclusive and enjoyed the food which was good quality with a variety of different options. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The building is beautiful carved into the cliff side in matching colour stone to blend into the natural environment. It really is a palace on the cliff overlooking one of the most beautiful bays on the island. Everywhere you go throughout the hotel and from the balcony in the rooms the views are stunning.
We had a minor issue with housekeeping on arrival where our room was not quite made up to standard but this was addressed quickly and the rest of the stay we thought housekeeping did an excellent job. Some things that let it down are the quality of drinks under all inclusive tend to be the cheaper variety (e.g., most cocktails or mocktails are pre-made from a machine). Bathroom amenities are more equivalent to what you get at a three star with no shampoo, conditioner etc. Plugs and sockets are dated and lack usb facilities. Clearer labelling of food for those with preferences or allergies e.g., vegetarians, gluten free etc as it’s difficult to tell sometimes. We’d still stay again despite this but if these were addressed it would be a ten star.

From the get go the customer service was excellent and as we were on our honeymoon they upgraded the room for us and the room was beautiful and they even made swans with the towels for us and left them on the bed which was lovely..the choice of food everyday was excellent and the staff were absolutely wonderful so i couldn't rate this hotel highly enough and we're definitely going back next year for our anniversary
There's nothing bad you can say about this hotel as from start to finish everything was excellent and would highly recommend it to anyone..
